Website Subscription Agreement

• The package is based on a 12-month payment plan of $449 + GST per month.
• The website, design assets, and intellectual property remain the property of Clixpert Pty Ltd until all 12 monthly payments have been completed.
• 2 website revisions.
• 3 images are included. Additional images supplied or sourced at additional cost.
• Upon successful completion of the 12-month agreement and full payment, ownership transfers to the client.
• If a client wishes to terminate the agreement before the completion of the 12-month term, the outstanding balance of the agreement must be paid in full before website ownership, login credentials, and digital assets are released.
• Domain registration, hosting, SSL, and business email services included in the package are provided for the initial 12-month term.
• Payment paid in Credit Card or Direct debit.
• Auto annual registration - Domain , Hosting, SSL & Business email.

Google Ads Service

This offer is available to new clients who sign up for an ongoing Google Ads management service with Clixpert. Our team will create, manage, and optimise your Google Ads campaigns to help your business reach customers actively searching for your products or services.

Google Ads advertising spend is separate from Clixpert’s management fees and is paid directly by the client.

Free Landing Page Offer

As part of this promotional offer, eligible clients will receive a professionally designed landing page valued at $1,500 at no additional cost. Clixpert provides the landing page as a bonus when you commence a qualifying Google Ads management service.

The complimentary landing page includes:

• Professionally designed, mobile-friendly landing page
• Essential landing page sections (as agreed in the project scope)
• Contact form integration
• Basic on-page SEO
• Google Analytics setup
• Conversion-focused design

Additional pages, eCommerce functionality, custom integrations, premium features, or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Landing Page Ownership

The landing page is developed as part of your Google Ads engagement with Clixpert. Ownership may be transferred to the client once the agreed service terms have been fulfilled and all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. Until then, the landing page remains the property of Clixpert.

Hosting & Maintenance

Landing page hosting, maintenance, and technical support are provided by Clixpert during the active service period unless otherwise agreed. Should ownership be transferred, ongoing hosting and maintenance can continue under a separate agreement.

Cancellation

If the Google Ads management service is cancelled before the agreed minimum term, Clixpert reserves the right to withdraw the complimentary landing page offer or charge for the landing page development work completed, up to its stated value of $1,500.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the timely launch of your Google Ads campaign and landing page, clients are responsible for providing required business information, branding assets, and any requested content promptly.

Acceptance

By signing up for this offer, you acknowledge that the primary service is Google Ads management and that the complimentary landing page is provided as a promotional bonus, subject to these terms and conditions.
