Google Calendar is a great tool for scheduling meetings and organising your days. But if you forget to check your calendar first thing in the morning, you can end up missing deadlines or important meetings, which can turn your day chaotic. G Suite now called workspace offers a way around that. You can have your day’s tasks and events emailed to you every morning. Having your schedule in your inbox makes it easier for you to keep track of your tasks and stay on top of deadlines and be on time for scheduled meetings.

This Is How To Set Up Your Daily Agenda

• Open Google Calendar and go to Settings
• From the left menu, choose the calendar for which you want to enable Daily Agenda
• Then, on the right, scroll down to the Other notifications section
• Click on the drop-down menu for Daily Agenda and change the option from None to E-mail

Once you change the settings, you will start receiving your daily agenda in your inbox every day.

Things to Keep in Mind

• You need to repeat this process for every calendar for which you need to activate Daily Agenda emails.
• The Daily Agenda email will only include events for which you confirmed your attendance. So, make sure you confirm attendance for any important events for which you need an email reminder.
• Your Daily Agenda will be sent to your Gmail inbox at 5 a.m. every morning.
